Noninstallment credit
Noninstallment credit is the simplest form of credit. Noninstallment credit is usually very short term, such as thirty days. Noninstallment credit enables consumers to take possession of property today and pay for it within a month or so. Many department stores offer noninstallment credit to their regular customers; this enables the store to make sales now and get the money in the near future, thus generating better cash flow for the business which might not otherwise occur. |
